Ticket Purchase and Delivery

• E-Tickets: All tickets are electronic and will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase upon successful transaction.

• Delivery Charges: There are no delivery charges for e-tickets. If applicable, any delivery fees will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

Pricing and Fees

• Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes. While we strive for accuracy, prices are subject to change due to factors such as increased costs, new or additional duties, levies, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations. We will notify you of any price revisions before processing your order.

• Booking Fees: A booking fee or credit card surcharge may apply to certain events. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the event page.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: All e-ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Order cancellations are not permitted.

• Organizer's Discretion: If you are unable to attend an event, you may contact the event organizer directly, or we can forward your refund request to them. Refunds, if any, are issued at the discretion of the event organizer, who may offer a partial refund or an option to apply your ticket to a future event. JustEasyBook is not responsible for issuing refunds and will collect administrative and ticketing processing fees from the organizer for any authorized returns.

Event Changes

• Organizer's Rights: Event organizers reserve the right to withdraw, add, substitute, or reschedule any artist, performer, or team, and to change event details such as ticket prices, show timings, seating layouts, door times, or venue capacity without prior notice.

Admission and Conduct

• Right to Refuse Entry: Admission to the venue is subject to the terms and conditions set by the event organizer and venue. They reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for violations of venue policies or misconduct.

• Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited at the venue:

  • Flags, banners, placards, or poles.

  • Items that can cause injury or irritation, including chemicals with noxious fumes or smoke, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, weapons, or illegal drugs.

  • Pointing or lighting devices.

  • Goods intended for sale without written permission from the venue proprietor.

  • Items that may impede the successful conduct of the event.

• Late Arrival: Late arrivals may result in delayed seating until an appropriate break in the event.

• Special Pricing: Special pricing may require appropriate identification at the time of ticket collection to verify eligibility.

• Search and Inspection: As a ticket holder, you consent to searches and inspections of your person, clothing, bags, and other possessions by venue or event staff before and after entry.

• Disclaimer: JustEasyBook is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from attendance at events.
